Original WWII German webbing D-Ring Ghetto Litzmannstadt production

This German D-ring is in good condition and made of captured British webbing and was produced by the Jewish inhabitants of the Ghetto in Litzmannstadt (Lodz).
These D-rings could be attacted to the belt.
The German soldier could then attach his Y-straps or rucksack to his belt.

Deze Duitse D-ring is in goede conditie, gemaakt van buitgemaakte Britse webbing en werd geproduceerd door de Joodse inwoners van het Ghetto van Litzmansstadt (Lodz).
Dit soort D-ringen werden aan de Duitse koppelriem bevestigd.
Hierdoor kon men bijvoorbeeld een Y-riem of een rugtas aan de koppel bevestingen.
