Original WWII German Rudolf Hess invitation card to Mr. F.May from South-Africa

This German invitation card is in good condition and was handwritten by Rudolf Hess and then sent to Mr. F. May from South Africa.
He was invited to attend tea with Rudolf Hess and his wife at the Charlottenburg Schloss on Wednesday, June 15, 1938.
The name F.May was handwritten by Rudolf Hess on this card.
Also included in the envelope is an invitation from Oberbürgermeister of Berlin, Dr. Lippert to F. May to attend a meeting on the same date at 8:30 p.m. The invitation was made by Dr. Lippert.
This was the “Goodwill visit to Germany” for friends from the British Empire and South Africa.

Originele WWII Duitse Rudolf Hess hand beschreven uitnodiging aan F.May uit Zuid-Afrika

Deze Duitse uitnodigingskaart is in goede conditie en werd met de hand beschreven door Rudolf Hess en daarna verstuurd naar Mr. F. May uit Zuid-Afrika.
Hij werd uitgenodigd om op woensdag 15 juni 1938 op de thee te komen bij Rudolf Hess en zijn vrouw in het Charlottenburger Schloss.
De naam F.May werd met de hand door Rudolf Hess op deze kaart geschreven.
Ook zit er in de envelop een uitnodiging van Oberbürgermeister van Berlijn, Dr. Lippert aan F. May om op diezelfde datum om 20.30 bij een bijeenkomst te komen.
Het betrof de ‘Goodwill visit to Germany’ voor vrienden uit het Britse rijk en Zuid-Afrika.
