Original WWII German Panther Tank Photo Set – 2 Photographs

Original WWII German photo set consisting of two photographs showing a Panzerkampfwagen V Panther tank with German crew members.
Both photographs show the same Panther from almost the same position, clearly displaying the rear, turret and long 7.5 cm KwK 42 tank gun.
Several crew members can be seen standing on and around the turret while the tank is positioned in hilly terrain.
Together, the photographs provide an interesting view of the Panther and its crew during the Second World War.
The two different prints measure approximately 11 x 9 cm and 10 x 8 cm.
The reverse displays the German photographic paper marking ‘Agfa-Brovira’.
The reverse of the larger photograph additionally carries a handwritten German inscription.

Originele WWII Duitse fotoset bestaande uit twee foto’s van een Panzerkampfwagen V Panther tank met Duitse bemanningsleden

Beide foto’s tonen dezelfde Panther vanuit vrijwel dezelfde positie, waarbij de achterzijde, koepel en lange 7,5 cm KwK 42 tankkanon duidelijk zichtbaar zijn.
Op en rond de koepel staan meerdere bemanningsleden, terwijl de tank zich in heuvelachtig terrein bevindt.
De foto’s vormen samen een interessante opname van de Panther en zijn bemanning tijdens de Tweede Wereldoorlog.
De twee verschillende afdrukken meten circa 11 x 9 cm en 10 x 8 cm.
Op de achterzijde is het Duitse fotopapiermerk ‘Agfa-Brovira’ zichtbaar.
Op de achterzijde van de grotere foto staat daarnaast een handgeschreven Duitse tekst.
