This NSB (National Socialist Movement) photo is in good condition, dates from 1941 and it shows a pledge taking by the NSB at the Binnenhof in The Hague.
The photo shows a large group of NSB members in their black uniforms.

The Binnenhof during World War II
During the German occupation of the Netherlands (1940–1945), the Binnenhof in The Hague, the political heart of the country, continued to function to a large extent, albeit under strict supervision by the occupiers. The Dutch government had fled to London, and the German authorities used parts of the Binnenhof, including the building of the House of Representatives, for administrative purposes.
Ceremonies such as oath-takings and other events organized by the NSB, the Dutch Youth Storm, or the Dutch Waffen-SS were also frequently held there.
After the war, the Binnenhof once again became the center of restored parliamentary governance in the Netherlands.

Deze NSB (Nationaal-Socialistische Beweging) foto is in goede conditie, dateert van 1941 en daarop is een belofte afleggen van de NSB te zien op het Binnenhof in Den Haag.
Op de foto is een grote groep NSB leden in hun zwarte uniformen te zien.

Het Binnenhof tijdens de Tweede Wereldoorlog
Tijdens de Duitse bezetting van Nederland (1940–1945) bleef het Binnenhof in Den Haag, het politieke hart van het land, grotendeels functioneren, zij het onder streng toezicht van de bezetter. De Nederlandse regering was gevlucht naar Londen, en de Duitse autoriteiten gebruikten delen van het Binnenhof, waaronder het gebouw van de Tweede Kamer, voor administratieve doeleinden. Tevens werden er vaak eed en belofte afleggingen en andere ceremonies van de NSB, Jeugdstorm of Nederlandse Waffen-SS gehouden. Na de oorlog werd het Binnenhof weer het centrum van het herstelde parlementaire bestuur in Nederland.
