This Dutch collaboration brochure “Oostland als Lotsbestemming” by Pieter Emiel Keuchenius (first edition, 1942) is a typical propagandistic publication issued during the German occupation.
Pieter Emiel Keuchenius was a member of the NSB, the Dutch SS, the NOC (Nederlandsche Oost-Compagnie), and the Nederlandsche Kultuurkamer.
