Original Luxembourg Order of Merit of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, an order established on 23 January 1961 by Grand Duchess Charlotte.
This Grand Cross set consists of the sash badge with sash and the matching breast star.
The white and blue enamelled cross features the crowned Luxembourg lion in the centre, while the reverse bears the crowned monogram of Grand Duchess Charlotte.
The silver-coloured breast star also features the white and blue enamelled cross with the Luxembourg lion in the centre.
