Original 1945-1949 Dutch KNIL Registration Form – Malang

Original KNIL registration form dating from the period 1945-1949, originating from the Dutch East Indies.
The form carries the number ‘66909’ and bears a mounted passport photograph of the holder in uniform.
The card is completed in the name of Ch’en, Ping Yuan, with the rank ‘Chin.Sld.Tkl.’ and the service number ‘221826003’.
The unit designation ‘Inf. IV’ is noted at the top of the form.
The document bears the signature of the holder and the signature of the issuing officer, S.B. Termohlen, Res. Kapt. K.N.I.L., with the function ‘Pl. (Mil.) Commandant’.
A purple stamp of the local commander at Malang has been applied to the form.
The reverse of the card is blank.
