Original 1945-1949 Dutch KNIL Registration form card East Dutch Indies

Original KNIL registration form dating from the period 1945-1949, originating from the Dutch East Indies.
The form carries the number ‘No. 75119 K.N.I.L.’ and is marked at the top with ‘Dé Unie 531-2-’48’.
On the left side the original passport photograph of the holder is attached, above which the service number ‘94720815’ is shown.
The form is completed in the name of Alwi, with the rank ‘Bar.Hd.Tkl.’ and the stambno ‘Tk.-94720815’.
A later number ‘2213025’ has been added in red ink.
The document bears the signature of the holder and the signature of the issuing officer, P. Clerkse, Lt. Kol. Art., with the function ‘Pl. Cdt. Soerabaia’.
The reverse of the card is blank.
An interesting collectible for collectors of KNIL documentation and Dutch East Indies militaria.

Op de linkerzijde is de originele pasfoto van de houder bevestigd, met daarboven het stamboeknummer ‘94720815’.
Het formulier is ingevuld op naam van Alwi, met de rang ‘Bar.Hd.Tkl.’ en het stambno ‘Tk.-94720815’.
In rode inkt is een later nummer ‘2213025’ bijgeschreven.
Het document is voorzien van de handtekening van de houder en de handtekening van de uitreikende functionaris, P. Clerkse, Lt. Kol. Art., met als functie ‘Pl. Cdt. Soerabaia’.
De achterzijde van de kaart is blanco.
