Original German Bescheinigung from occupied Poland, dated 1942.
The document is executed as a folding card with a red cover containing a pasted passport photo of the holder.
The top of the document reads ‘BESCHEINIGUNG – ZAŚWIADCZENIE’ with the number ‘Nr. 3’.
The document is issued in the name of Władysław Fryszkiewicz, born on 13 July 1904 and residing in Okrzei, municipality of Ulów, powiat Radzyń, district of Lublin.
It states that the holder had been employed by ‘Społem’ since 15 March 1941 as ‘rachmistrza’.
The text at the bottom states that the holder, as an employee of the Konsumverband SPOŁEM, was entrusted under the decree of the Generalgouverneur of 6 May 1940 with special tasks in the distribution of foodstuffs and was not to be assigned to other work.
Included is a separate typed document from the ‘Amt des Generalgouverneurs für die besetzten polnischen Gebiete’, department of Ernährung und Landwirtschaft, dated Krakau 6 May 1940, bearing a printed eagle stamp with swastika.

Het document is uitgevoerd als een opvouwbaar kaftje met rode omslag met daarin een ingeplakte pasfoto van de houder.
Boven in het document staat ‘BESCHEINIGUNG – ZAŚWIADCZENIE’ met het nummer ‘Nr. 3’.
Het document is opgemaakt op naam van Władysław Fryszkiewicz, geboren op 13 juli 1904 en woonachtig in Okrzei, gemeente Ulów, powiat Radzyń, district Lublin.
Vermeld wordt dat de houder sinds 15 maart 1941 werkzaam was bij ‘Społem’ als ‘rachmistrza’.
De tekst onderin vermeldt dat de houder als medewerker van de Konsumverband SPOŁEM volgens de verordening van de Generalgouverneur van 6 mei 1940 belast was met speciale taken bij de distributie van levensmiddelen en niet voor ander werk mocht worden ingezet.
