The Russian SSH40 helmet is in worn condition and has all the hallmarks of a wartime helmet (exact date not visible).
We suspect that it was produced around 1944/45.
The chinstrap with the correct attachment is also still present.

De Russische SSH40 helm is in gedragen conditie en heeft alle kenmerken van een oorlogse helm (exacte datum niet zichtbaar).
Wij vermoeden dat de helm rond 1944/45 geproduceerd werd.
Tevens de kinriem met de juiste bevestiging is nog aanwezig.
