Original WWII Russian/Soviet Maxim 1910 protective cover

This protective cover is in good condition and was used on the Russian/Soviet Maxim 1910 machine gun during World War II.
Among other things, the cover protected the Maxim from rain, mud and dirt.
The cover has strings that could be tied together when the cover was attached.

Deze beschermhoes is in goede conditie en werd gebruikt op de Russische/Soviet Maxim 1910 mitrailleur tijdens de Tweede Wereldoorlog.
De hoes beschermde de Maxim onder andere tegen regen, modder en vuil.
De hoes is voorzien van touwtjes welke aan elkaar geknoopt konden worden wanneer de hoes bevestigd werd.
