The droppings flyer is in used condition and was produced by the German forces.
The flyer was dropped above the Russian troops and they tried to persuade them to surrender themselves.
On the photo is the collaborating Russian General Andrej Vlassov.
An interesting item that was used on the Eastern front during World War II!

Origineel WWII Duits – Russisch strooibiljet ‘Passierschein’
Het strooibiljet is in een gebruikte conditie en werd geproduceerd door de Duitsers.
Het strooibiljet werd boven de Russische stellingen gedropt en men wilde graag dat hierdoor de Russische soldaat zich zou overgeven.
Op de foto is de collaborateur Generaal Andrej Vlassov te zien.
Een interessant strooibiljet welke afkomstig is van het Oostfront!
