Dr. Arthur Seyss-Inquart 

Dr. Arthur Seyss-Inquart (1892–1946) was an Austrian lawyer and politician who played a prominent role in the National Socialist regime. After the Anschluss of Austria in 1938, he briefly served as Chancellor of Austria before becoming a loyal associate of Adolf Hitler. During World War II, he served as Reich Commissioner for the occupied Netherlands (1940–1945), where he was responsible for harsh repression, collaboration with the SS, and the deportation of tens of thousands of Jews.
After the war, he was arrested, tried at the Nuremberg Trials, and found guilty of war crimes and crimes against humanity. Seyss-Inquart was executed by hanging in 1946.

Dr. Arthur Seyss-Inquart

Dr. Arthur Seyss-Inquart (1892–1946) was een Oostenrijkse jurist en politicus die een prominente rol speelde binnen het nationaalsocialistische regime.
Na de Anschluss van Oostenrijk in 1938 werd hij korte tijd bondskanselier van Oostenrijk en vervolgens een trouwe medewerker van Adolf Hitler.
Tijdens de Tweede Wereldoorlog was hij onder meer Rijkscommissaris voor het bezette Nederland (1940–1945), waar hij verantwoordelijk was voor harde repressie, collaboratie met de SS, en de deportatie van tienduizenden Joden.
Na de oorlog werd hij gearresteerd, berecht tijdens het Proces van Neurenberg, en schuldig bevonden aan oorlogsmisdaden en misdaden tegen de menselijkheid. Seyss-Inquart werd in 1946 geëxecuteerd door ophanging.
