Deze originele zeldzame Personal-Ausweis / Dowód Osobisty betreft een Duits/Poolse identiteitskaart uit de beginperiode van de Tweede Wereldoorlog, afgegeven op 9 december 1939 in Budziszewice (powiat Rawa Mazowiecka) op naam van Paul Adolf Mentgel, geboren op 13 augustus 1876 in Tomaschow Mazowiecki in Polen.
