This German MP40 is in used but fine condition and has been deactivated according to European legislation.
In combination with the two certificates, it is free to possess for collectors of 18 years or older.
It has no moving parts, only the stock is foldable.
This MP40 was produced by Erma (Erfurter Maschinen- und Werkzeugfabrik GmbH in Erfurt) in 1942.

Deze Duitse MP40 verkeert in gebruikte maar nette conditie en is gedeactiveerd volgens de Europese wetgeving.
In combinatie met de twee certificaten is de MP40 vrij te bezitten voor verzamelaars van 18 jaar of ouder.
De MP40 heeft geen bewegende delen, alleen de kolf is uitklapbaar.
Dit exemplaar werd geproduceerd door ERMA (Erfurter Maschinen- und Werkzeugfabrik GmbH in Erfurt) in 1942.
