Original WWII German Luftwaffe M40 rough sand camouflage helmet

This German Luftwaffe M40 camouflage helmet is in good condition and features a rough sand texture camouflage paint on the outer shell.
The helmet is complete with leather interior and chin strap and was produced by the Eisenhüttenwerke in Thale and is a helmet size 66.
The Luftwaffe decal is still slightly visible through the camouflage paint.

The leather chin strap is stamped and dates from 1941.

Originele WWII Duitse Luftwaffe M40 ruwe zand camouflage helm 

Deze Duitse Luftwaffe M40 camouflage helm is in goede conditie en is voorzien van een ruwe zand textuur camouflageverf aan de buitenschaal.
De helm is compleet met leren binnenwerk en kinriem en werd geproduceerd door de Eisenhüttenwerke in Thale en het betreft een helmmaat 66.
Het Luftwaffe decal is nog enigszins zichtbaar door de camouflageverf.

De leren kinriem is gestempeld en dateert uit 1941.
