Original WWII German Luftwaffe 1st model officers dagger

This German Luftwaffe 1st model officer’s dagger is in very good condition and comes with the original pendant.
The dagger features the twisted swastika at the hilt and this dagger is unmarked.
This authentic specimen features the classic nickel-plated fittings, a deep blue leather-wrapped scabbard and the distinctive flared crossguard design unique to the Luftwaffe’s early model.
Only one small screw on the side is missing but other than that the dagger is in perfect condition!
Introduced in the mid-1930s, this dagger was worn by Luftwaffe officers as part of their uniform and symbolized both status and affiliation with the newly formed German Air Force.
An interesting item for the militaria or World War II collection!

Deze Duitse Luftwaffe 1ste model officiers dolk is in zeer goede conditie en komt samen met de originele hanger.
De dolk is bij het handvat voorzien van het gedraaide swastika en deze dolk is ongemarkeerd.
Dit authentieke exemplaar heeft het klassieke vernikkelde beslag, een diepblauwe met leer omwikkelde schede en het kenmerkende uitlopende kruisbeschermerontwerp dat uniek is voor het vroege model van de Luftwaffe.
Slechts één klein schroefje aan de zijkant mist maar buiten dat is de dolk in perfecte conditie!
Deze dolk, geïntroduceerd in het midden van de jaren 1930, werd gedragen door Luftwaffe officieren als onderdeel van hun uniform en symboliseerde zowel status als verbondenheid met de nieuw gevormde Duitse luchtmacht.
Een interessant item voor de militaria of Tweede Wereldoorlog collectie!
