Original WWII German ‘Landwirtschaftsführer’ cuff title

This extremely rare German cuff title is in used condition and was worn by a Landwirtschaftsführer who controlled the agricultural areas in the eastern conquered territories such as Russia, Ukraine, and other Eastern Bloc countries on behalf of the German occupiers.
These Landwirtschafsführers were not only of German descent, but in several cases also Dutch, and they regularly collaborated with the NOC, also known as the Nederlandsche Oost Compagnie.
The sleeve band is made of dark brown wool, with the text “LANDWIRTSCHAFTSFÜHRER” embroidered in yellow cotton thread.
The reverse side shows the typical paper lining and coarse stitching marks, characteristic of this type of period design.

Originele WWII Duitse ‘Landwirtschaftsführer’ mouwband

Deze zeer zeldzame Duitse mouwband is in gebruikte conditie en werd gedragen door een Landwirtschaftsführer welke in de Oostelijke veroverde gebieden zoals Rusland, Oekraïne en andere Oostblok landen de agrarische gebieden beheerste in opdracht van de Duitse bezetter.
Deze Landwirtschafsführers waren niet alleen van Duitse afkomst maar in diverse gevallen ook Nederlanders en zij werkten regelmatig samen met de NOC, ook wel bekend als de Nederlandsche Oost Compagnie.
De mouwband is vervaardigd uit donkerbruine wol, met in gele katoenen draad de tekst “LANDWIRTSCHAFTSFÜHRER” geborduurd.
De achterzijde toont de typische papieren voering en grove stikselsporen, kenmerkend voor dit type periode-uitvoering.
