Original WWII German Grenadier Regiment 378 Document Group EK2, Infantry Assault Badge & Reich Sports Badge – Finland

Original set of three outstanding German World War II documents belonging to Obergefreiter Werner Ilzhöfer of 2./Grenadier-Regiment 378.
The group includes an award document for the Iron Cross 2nd Class, a Besitzzeugnis for the Infantry Assault Badge in Silver and a Reich Sports Badge certificate booklet with the original portrait photograph.
The Reich Sports Badge booklet is named to Werner Ilzhöfer, born on 15 February 1920.
His place of residence is recorded as Sulingen, Landkreis Grafschaft Diepholz.
The booklet includes the original portrait photograph of the soldier in Wehrmacht uniform together with official military stamps.
The Besitzzeugnis for the Infantry Assault Badge in Silver was awarded on 10 March 1943 to Obergefreiter Werner Ilzhöfer of 2./Grenadier-Regiment 378.
The Iron Cross 2nd Class award document was issued on 27 June 1943 and bears the original divisional stamp and signature of the divisional commander.

Originele set van drie bijzondere Duitse documenten uit de Tweede Wereldoorlog, behorend aan Obergefreiter Werner Ilzhöfer van de 2./Grenadier-Regiment 378

De set bestaat uit een oorkonde voor het Eisernes Kreuz 2. Klasse, een Besitzzeugnis voor het Infanterie-Sturmabzeichen in zilver en een Reichssportabzeichen Urkundenheft met originele pasfoto.
De Reichssportabzeichen-map is op naam gesteld van Werner Ilzhöfer, geboren op 15 februari 1920.
De woonplaats is ingevuld als Sulingen, Landkreis Grafschaft Diepholz.
Het Reichssportabzeichen-boekje bevat de originele pasfoto van de militair in Wehrmachtuniform, voorzien van officiële stempels.
Het Besitzzeugnis voor het Infanterie-Sturmabzeichen in zilver werd uitgereikt op 10 maart 1943 aan Obergefreiter Werner Ilzhöfer van de 2./Grenadier-Regiment 378.
De oorkonde voor het Eisernes Kreuz 2. Klasse werd uitgereikt op 27 juni 1943 en is voorzien van een officiële divisiestempel en handtekening van de divisiecommandant.
