Original WWII German Eickhorn Kundendienst service binder

This Eickhorn Kundendienst service binder from the Second World War is a rare and remarkably well-preserved reference piece from the German firm Carl Eickhorn of Solingen, one of the most renowned manufacturers of edged weapons in the first half of the 20th century.
The bright red binder with gold print contains an extensive collection of catalogue and service sheets, complete with colourful index tabs for organisations such as the Heer, Luftwaffe, Navy, Police & Justice, Labour Service, Forestry & Hunting, and various civil services.
Inside are numerous detailed illustrations, technical descriptions, colour plates and instructions that were originally provided to retailers and company representatives. The iconic Eickhorn squirrel logo appears throughout the pages, both in printed form and as a stamped mark.
The binder is in good condition for its age, with one important note: the cover is detached from the metal ring mechanism, although the ring system itself remains fully functional and secure. The contents can still be browsed easily and the binder remains complete.
