The band is made of yellow fabric with the text in black gothic lettering.
A stamped mark with an eagle is visible on the band.
The reverse shows the plain fabric without further markings.
This type of armband was worn by civilian personnel or persons working in service of the German Wehrmacht to identify their function.
The round stamp is from the Kriegsmarine.
