Original WWII German D.D.A.C. metal car insignia

This German D.D.A.C. metal car insignia from the Second World War is in good condition and shows a finely executed design.
The insignia consists of an oval-shaped metal plate with in the center the eagle and the letters D.D.A.C. (Der Deutsche Automobil-Club), positioned above a prominent swastika.
The front has a nice silver-grey finish with clear details.
On both sides, mounting holes are present with which the insignia could be attached to a car.
This type of emblem was used by members of the D.D.A.C. as an identification sign for their vehicles.

Origineel WWII Duits D.D.A.C. metalen auto embleem

Dit Duitse D.D.A.C. metalen auto-embleem uit de Tweede Wereldoorlog verkeert in nette conditie en toont een fraai uitgevoerd ontwerp.
Het embleem bestaat uit een ovaalvormige metalen plaat met centraal de adelaar en de letters D.D.A.C. (Der Deutsche Automobil-Club), geplaatst boven een prominent hakenkruis.
De voorzijde heeft een mooie zilvergrijze afwerking met duidelijke details.
Aan weerszijden zijn bevestigingsgaten aangebracht waarmee het embleem op de auto kon worden gemonteerd.
Dit type embleem werd door leden van de D.D.A.C. gebruikt als herkenningsteken voor op een auto.
