The DRK Dienstbuch is in good condition, dates from 1944 and belonged to the Flemish DRK volunteer Johanna Smaers from the Mariakerke sub-municipality in Ghent (Belgium).
Johanna entered the service of the DRK on 5 May 1944 and served in various lazarets such as in Babelsberg, Neustadt, Oldenburg and Gdansk in Poland.

Het DRK Dienstbuch is in goede conditie, dateert van 1944 en behoorde de Vlaamse DRK vrijwilligster Johanna Smaers uit de deelgemeente Mariakerke in Gent (België).
Johanna trad op 5 mei 1944 in dienst van de DRK en diende in diverse lazaretten zoals in Babelsberg, Neustadt, Oldenburg en Gdansk in Polen.
