This decorative Dutch collaboration flyer is in good condition and was used for Christmas 1942 by the WHN, also known as the Winter Hulp Nederland.

Winterhulp Nederland

Winterhulp Nederland (WHN) was a National Socialist organization established during the German occupation of the Netherlands in World War II. On October 22, 1940, Reich Commissioner Arthur Seyss-Inquart founded the organization, modeled after the German Winterhilfswerk. Its official goal was to provide aid to needy Dutch citizens, especially during the winter months.
In practice, Winterhulp served as a propaganda tool to win over the population to National Socialist ideology. It replaced existing private and church-run relief organizations, which were banned.
Funding came from collections, lotteries, wage deductions, and business profits. Donors often received pins with nationalist symbols, such as windmills or historical figures, as a token of appreciation.

​Winterhulp Nederland (WHN) was een nationaalsocialistische organisatie die tijdens de Duitse bezetting van Nederland in de Tweede Wereldoorlog werd opgericht. Op 22 oktober 1940 stelde rijkscommissaris Arthur Seyss-Inquart deze stichting in, naar het voorbeeld van het Duitse Winterhilfswerk.
Het officiële doel was het bieden van hulp aan behoeftige Nederlandse staatsburgers, met name tijdens de wintermaanden. ​
In de praktijk diende de Winterhulp als propagandamiddel om de bevolking gunstig te stemmen voor de nationaalsocialistische ideologie.
De organisatie verving bestaande particuliere en kerkelijke hulpinstanties, die verboden werden. Financiering kwam uit collectes, loterijen, looninhoudingen en afdrachten van bedrijfswinsten. Donateurs ontvingen vaak speldjes met nationalistische symbolen, zoals molens of historische figuren, als dank voor hun bijdrage.
