Original WWII Dutch Germaansche SS officers letter Groningen regarding the Landwacht Nederland

This Dutch Germaansche SS letter is in used condition and was written on March 27, 1944 in Groningen and is from  Dutch SS-Hauptsturmführer J.T.S. Van Efferen.
He wrote in this letter about his view of the role of the conduct of the Landwacht Nederland.
Van Efferen lived in Winschoten and was the regional commander of the Germaansche SS in Friesland, Groningen and Drenthe.
He was awarded the Leistungsrune in Bronze during the war!

Deze Nederlandse Germaansche SS brief is in gebruikte conditie en werd geschreven op 27 maart 1944 in Groningen en is afkomstig van de Nederlandse SS-Hauptsturmführer J.T.S. Van Efferen.
Hij schreef in deze brief over zijn visie van de rol van de gedragingen van de Landwacht Nederland.
Van Efferen woonde in Winschoten en was de regionaal commandant van de Germaansche SS in Friesland, Drenthe en Groningen en behaalde tijdens de oorlog de SS-Leistungsrune in brons.
