This Dutch unissued identity card is in mint condition and was produced for the municipality of Vlaardingen during World War II.
Unused personal identification cards are a lot harder to find than used ones because they were also occasionally stolen by the Dutch resistance.

Origineel WWII Nederlands ongebruikt Persoonsbewijs uit Vlaardingen
Dit Nederlandse blanco persoonsbewijs is in mint conditie en werd geproduceerd voor de gemeente Vlaardingen tijdens de Tweede Wereldoorlog.
Ongebruikte persoonsbewijzen zijn een stuk lastiger te vinden dan gebruikte omdat deze zo nu en dan ook gestolen werden door het Nederlandse verzet.
