The ID card (Ausweis) is in good condition and produced by the Dutch collaboration organization Technische Noodhulp, also known as the counterpart of the German Technische Nothilfe.
The ID card belonged from to a man from Doetinchem in the Netherlands.
During the Second World War, its role was expanded to provide technically trained personnel to provide assistance during emergencies in the Netherlands and solve problems in public services.
This unit mainly existed out Dutch men.

De ID kaart (Ausweis) is in een goede staat en werd geproduceerd door de Technische Noodhulp, ook wel bekend als de tegenhanger van de Duitse Technische Nothilfe.
De Ausweis behoorde tot een man uit Doetinchem.
Tijdens de Tweede Wereldoorlog werd haar rol uitgebreid tot het leveren van technisch geschoold personeel om hulp te bieden tijdens noodsituaties in Nederland en het oplossen van problemen bij de publieke diensten.
Deze eenheid bestond voornamelijk uit Nederlanders.
