The armband is in good condition and belonged to a member of the Dutch collaboration party the N.S.N.A.P. (Nationaal Socialistische Nederlandse Arbeiders Partij).
The blue swastika is an indication that this is a NSNAP-Kruyt armband.
Presumably one of the rarest Dutch collaboration armbands!
