‘During the tour of the exhibition The German Scientific Book by the Commissioner of the Province, Mr W.B. Engelbrecht, Kreisinspektor of the NSDAP, Prof. dr. Nischulz, Dr. Plutzar, who gave an introduction to the exhibition and Bereichsleiter Sommer, who opened the exhibition.
