The NSB letter is in good condition and comes from NSB Secretary General Huygen and was sent on June 20, 1940 to the head of department 10 in Den Haag.
‘Forming W.A., Jeugdstorm, Nederlandsche SS and N.S.V.O.
comrade,
I hereby return to your letter of 19 May.
Since then I have spoken with the deputy foreman of the Dutch SS, comrade J.P. Wolfram (meanwhile left for Germany), who applauded that the formation of the SS would be placed under your supervision.
He also agreed to the organization of training meetings for the W.A. and the Nederlandsche SS, to which the Formation leaders of these organizations would alternately discuss a particular subject.
The W.A., Jeugdstorm and N.S.V.O. naturally agree that you, as the Training Leader, supervise the formation of these organizations.
The Chief to whom I spoke on this matter thought it more proper that no decree should be issued on the matter, but thought it better that the matter should be settled privately.
It is desirable that you now start with your activities for the formation of W.A., Jeugdstorm, Nederlandsche SS and N.S.V.O.

De NSB brief is in goede conditie en afkomstig van NSB Secretaris-Generaal Huygen en werd verstuurd op 20 juni 1940 naar het hoofd van afdeling 10 in Den Haag.

Kameraad,
Hierbij kom ik terug op Uw schrijven van 19 mei.
Ik sprak sindsdien met den plaatsvervangend Voorman der Nederlandsche SS, kameraad J.P. Wolfram (inmiddels naar Duitschland vertrokken), die het toejuichte, dat de vorming der SS onder Uw toezicht zou worden gesteld.
Ook ging hij akkoord met de organisatie van vormingsbijeenkomsten voor het kader van de W.A. en de Nederlandsche SS, waarop dan beurtelings door de Vormingsleiders van deze organisaties zou worden gesproken over een bepaald onderwerp.
De W.A., Jeugdstorm en N.S.V.O. gaan er vanzelfsprekend akkoord mede, dat U als Vormingsleider toezicht houdt op de vorming van deze organisaties.
De Leider, die ik over deze aangelegenheid sprak, achtte het juister, dat er geen besluit zou worden uitgevaardigd over deze kwestie, maar vond het beter, dat deze kwestie onderhandsch geregeld zou worden.
Het is gewenscht , dat U nu ueen aanvan maakt met Uw werkzaamheden voor de vorming van W.A., Jeugdstorm, Nederlandsche SS en N.S.V.O.
