Original WWII Dutch NSB letter regarding the photo album Generalkommissar Hauptdienstleiter Schmidt

This Dutch NSB letter is in good condition and was sent in 1944 by the NSB official Jacob Maarsingh to the Chief of Cabinet of den Leider D. de Blocq van Scheltinga.

‘Comrade,
It was with great pleasure that I received the photo album for a while, in memory of the pleasant collaboration with the late Generalkommissar Hauptdienstleiter Fritz Schmidt.

In 1933 Maarsingh became a member of Anton Mussert’s National Socialist Movement (NSB), where he was assigned the studbook number 4630. On June 8, 1937, he took a seat in the Senate for the NSB, where he mainly spoke on subjects such as agriculture, water management and economic matters.

Deze Nederlandse NSB brief is in goede conditie en werd verstuurd in 1944 door de NSB’er Jacob Maarsingh naar de Chef Kabinet van den Leider D. de Blocq van Scheltinga.

In 1933 werd Maarsingh lid van de Nationaal-Socialistische Beweging (NSB) van Anton Mussert, waar hij het stamboeknummer 4630 kreeg toebedeeld. Op 8 juni 1937 nam hij voor de NSB zitting in de Eerste Kamer, waar hij vooral het woord voerde over onderwerpen als landbouw, waterstaat en economische aangelegenheden.
