The NSB document is in good condition, dates from 1943 and contains the signature of the Secretary General of the NSB Carel Huygen.

I hereby draw your attention to the fact that ” the Leader ” or ” Leader ” can only be referred to if this refers to the Leader of the Movement and of the Dutch people.
If, for example, there is a leader of a Main Section, the national leader of the Dutch People’s Service, a leader of a Front or Gilde, etc., the word ‘’leader” (written with a lowercase l) must always be added with the relevant function to be used.

Het NSB document is in goede conditie, dateert uit 1943 en bevat de handtekening van de Secretaris-Generaal der NSB Carel Huygen.
Kameraad,
Hierbij vestig ik er Uw aandacht op, dat slechts sprake kan zijn van ”de Leider”, respectievelijk ”Leider”, indien hiermede de Leider der Beweging en van het Nederlandsche volk wordt bedoeld.
Indien er sprake is bijvoorbeeld van een leider van een Hoofdafdeling, den landelijke leider van den Nederlandschen Volksdienst, een leider van een Front of Gilde enz, dient het woord ”leider” (geschreven met een kleine l) steeds onder toevoeging van de desbetreffende functie te worden gebezigd.
