Original WWII Dutch Nationale Jeugdstorm document propaganda distribution duties in Utrecht

Original typed document from the Dutch Nationale Jeugdstorm from the Second World War.
The document is addressed to a “Kameraad” and concerns mandatory propaganda distribution duties in service of the Municipality of Utrecht.
The letter states that every Thursday afternoon between 5 PM and 6 PM, comrades employed by the municipality were required to distribute propaganda material.
According to the text, this activity was made compulsory by the mayor for every comrade working in municipal service.
The document warns that the recipient was not listed among the regular distributors and requests that future absences should not occur again.
The bottom of the document contains the signature of the “Algemeen Voorlichtingsleider” signed by W.S.J. Vissers.
This document offers rare insight into the organization, discipline and propaganda activities of the Jeugdstorm during the German occupation of the Netherlands.

Origineel WWII Nederlands Nationale Jeugdstorm document colportage in Utrecht 

Origineel getypt document van de Nederlandse Nationale Jeugdstorm uit de Tweede Wereldoorlog.
Het document is gericht aan een “Kameraad” en betreft een oproep voor verplichte colportage in dienst van de Gemeente Utrecht.
In de brief staat vermeld dat iedere donderdagmiddag van 17.00 tot 18.00 uur door kameraden in gemeentelijke dienst gecolporteerd moest worden.
Volgens de tekst was deze colportage door de burgemeester verplicht gesteld voor iedere kameraad werkzaam in gemeentedienst.
De brief waarschuwt dat de geadresseerde volgens de administratie niet tot de regelmatige colporteurs behoorde en verzoekt om bij volgende oproepen niet meer afwezig te zijn.
Onderaan staat de ondertekening van de “Algemeen Voorlichtingsleider” met handtekening van W.S.J. Vissers.
Het document geeft een zeldzaam inzicht in de organisatie, discipline en propagandawerkzaamheden van de Jeugdstorm tijdens de Duitse bezetting van Nederland.
