This edition of Mededeelingen voor de Nederlandsche Politie was published in 1944 under the supervision of the Directorate-General of Police.
This propagandistic police magazine was distributed among members of the Schalkhaar and State Police and contains texts and speeches by, among others, Adolf Hitler, Heinrich Himmler, and Hanns Albin Rauter.
The publication provides a striking insight into the ideological influence and collaboration of the Dutch police during the German occupation.
