Original Dutch liberation photograph from 1945 depicting members of the Binnenlandse Strijdkrachten (Dutch Internal Forces) Gewest 10 SG from Amsterdam.
The black and white photo shows four uniformed men seated and standing in front of dense foliage, likely taken shortly after the liberation of the Netherlands.
Handwritten notes on the reverse identify the group as “Commandant BS Gewest 10 SG”.
Two officers are mentioned, including lieutenant colonel C. Overhoff and deputy commander Roest van Limburg.
Personal identifications on the reverse add historical value for researchers and collectors interested in the Dutch resistance and liberation forces.
The Binnenlandse Strijdkrachten were formed in 1944 by unifying several resistance groups and played an important role during the liberation of the Netherlands in 1945.

Originele Nederlandse bevrijdingsfoto uit 1945 met leden van de Binnenlandse Strijdkrachten Gewest 10 SG uit Amsterdam.
De zwart-witfoto toont vier mannen in uniform zittend en staand voor begroeiing, vermoedelijk kort na de bevrijding van Nederland.
Op de achterzijde staat handgeschreven informatie waarin onder andere wordt vermeld: “Commandant BS Gewest 10 SG”.
Verder worden twee officieren geïdentificeerd, waaronder luitenant-kolonel C. Overhoff en plaatsvervangend commandant Roest van Limburg.
De Binnenlandse Strijdkrachten werden in 1944 gevormd uit verschillende verzetsgroepen en speelden een belangrijke rol tijdens de bevrijding van Nederland in 1945.
