The Dutch announcement poster is in used condition and hung in liberated territory in Bergen op Zoom in 1944 and early 1945.
‘Fugitive Germans and NSB’ers etc. are still being tracked down in the liberated area, who were hidden by the population.
In the interest of the Fatherland and of the Allied warfare I appeal to the entire population to cooperate in tracing these elements.
Assisting fugitives in any way will be punished with the most severity according to the laws of war.’

De Nederlandse bekendmaking poster is in gebruikte conditie en hing in bevrijd gebied in Bergen op Zoom in 1944 en begin 1945.
‘Er worden in het bevrijde gebied nog steeds voortvluchtige Duitsersm NSB’ers e.d. opgespoord, die door de bevolking verborgen werden.
In het belang van het Vaderland en van de Geallieerde oorlogvoering doe ik een beroep op de gehele bevolking om mede te werken aan de opsporing van deze elementen.
Het op enigerlei wijze behulpzaam zijn van voortvluchtigen zal met de meeste gestrengheid volgens de oorlogswetten worden gestraft.’
