Original WWII Deutsche Arbeitsfront document from the Island of Sylt (Germany)

The Deutsche Arbeitsfront document is in good condition, dates April 18, 1941 and belonged to a member of the German (Frisian) island of Sylt.
This document was sent to Bronislaus Kuhna and was informed that his D.A.F. Mitgliedsbuch and Beitragsnachweiskarte were being sent.
During World War II, Sylt became a fortress, with concrete bunkers under the coastal dunes, some of which are still visible. Lager Sylt, the concentration camp on Alderney was named after the island.
Rudolf Höss hid on the island after the defeat of Nazi Germany, but he was later captured and tried in Poland.

Het Deutsche Arbeitsfront document is in goede conditie, dateert 18 april 1941 en behoorde tot een lid van het Duitse (Friese) eiland Sylt.
Dit document werd verstuurd aan Bronislaus Kuhna en werd medegedeeld dat zijn D.A.F. Mitgliedsbuch en Beitragsnachweiskarte toegezonden werd.
Tijdens de Tweede Wereldoorlog werd Sylt een fort, met betonnen bunkers onder de duinen aan de kust, waarvan sommige nog steeds zichtbaar zijn.
Lager Sylt, het concentratiekamp op Alderney werd naar het eiland genoemd. Rudolf Höss verborg zich op het eiland na de nederlaag van nazi-Duitsland, maar hij werd later gevangen genomen en berecht in Polen.
