Original Canadian Battle Dress trousers from the Second World War period.
These military uniform trousers were worn by soldiers of the Canadian Army during the final phase of World War II.
The trousers are made from the brown wool Battle Dress material typical for British and Canadian uniforms.
The design features the typical high waist with button closure and adjustable waist tabs.
Slash pockets are present at the front and a rear pocket with flap closure is located at the back.
The trouser legs feature adjustable closures with buttons as commonly seen on Battle Dress trousers.
Inside the trousers are visible manufacturer markings from Workman Uniform MFG Ltd Montreal dated 1945.

Originele Canadese Battle Dress broek uit de Tweede Wereldoorlog periode.
Deze militaire uniformbroek werd gedragen door soldaten van het Canadese leger tijdens de laatste fase van de Tweede Wereldoorlog.
De broek is vervaardigd uit het bruine wollen Battle Dress materiaal dat kenmerkend was voor Britse en Canadese uniformen.
Het model heeft de typische hoge taille met knoopsluiting en verstelbare tailleband.
Aan de voorzijde bevinden zich steekzakken en aan de achterzijde een afsluitbare zak met klep.
