Every day 2000 children were evacuatie from London to the countryside.
The six children on this photo were saying goodbye before they went off tot the West Country.

Originele WWII Britse foto – Evacuatie van kinderen vanuit Londen

De Britse foto is in goede conditie en daarop is de evacuatie van kinderen in Londen te zien tijdens de Tweede Wereldoorlog.
Elke dag werden zo’n 2000 kinderen vanuit Londen geëvacueerd naar het platteland.
Deze zes kinderen kwamen gedag zeggen voor de foto en vertrokken daarna naar westen van Engeland.
