Original WW1 Prussian Landwehr Tschako plate

This Prussian helmet plate for the Landwehr Tschako is a fine example of Imperial German uniform decoration from the period around the First World War.
The oval badge is made of pressed metal and features the characteristic Landwehr Cross with the inscription “Mit Gott – Für König und Vaterland – 1813,” surrounded by a radiant ribbed background.
The reverse is fitted with the original attachment prongs.
This helmet plate is an interesting addition for collectors of Prussian militaria and historical headgear.

Originele WW1 Pruisische Tschako plaat 

Deze Pruisische plaat voor de Landwehr Tschako is een prachtig voorbeeld van keizerlijk Duitse uniform versiering uit de periode rond de Eerste Wereldoorlog.
Het ovale wapen is vervaardigd uit geperst metaal en toont centraal het kenmerkende Landwehrkreuz met de tekst “Mit Gott – Für König und Vaterland – 1813”, omringd door een stralend geribbelde achtergrond.
De achterzijde is voorzien van de oorspronkelijke bevestigingslippen.
Deze metalen plaat is een interessante aanvulling voor verzamelaars van Pruisische militaria en historische hoofddeksels.
