Original 1930s German Einheitsfront ‘Anti-Hitler’ Ausweis

This rare Einheitsfront Ausweis is a membership card of the Einheitsfront, the socialist and communist workers’ movement that united in the 1930s in opposition to National Socialism and Adolf Hitler.
The bright red card, featuring the iconic raised fist as a symbol of solidarity and resistance, bears the inscription “Nie zu Hitler”, a powerful call for unity against the threat of fascism. Inside is the text “Der Schwur von Sulzbach” (“The Oath of Sulzbach”), a patriotic pledge in which members swore loyalty to the cause of freedom and an independent, democratic Saar region.

Deze zeldzame Einheitsfront Ausweis is een lidmaatschapsbewijs van het Einheitsfront, de socialistische en communistische arbeidersbeweging die zich in de jaren 1930 verenigde in de strijd tegen het nationaalsocialisme en Adolf Hitler.
De felrode kaart, met de iconische opgeheven vuist als symbool van solidariteit en verzet, draagt het opschrift „Nie zu Hitler“, een krachtige oproep tot eenheid tegen de dreiging van het fascisme.
