Original WWII German document regarding Dutch Waffen-SS commander General Seyffardt

This German document is in good condition, dated September 16, 1942 and contains information about the book “Hopman Roel by B.J.W. de Graaff” which General Seyffardt was going to send as a gift to the Dutch Waffen-SS volunteers on the Eastern Front.
The document comes from the Hauptabteilung Volksaufklärung und Propaganda in The Hague and was sent to the Militärische Zensurstelle.
