This secret American antitank minefield sketch/map is in good condition, dates from December 23, 1944 and was used during the Ardennes offensive, also known as the battle of the Bulge.
This sketch was made by an American lieutenant from the 16th Infantry Regiment of the US 1st Infantry Division.
These antitank mines were laid by the unit itself in the area of Weismes en Bruyeres.
