Original WWII Dutch ONSA collaboration letter

This Dutch collaboration ONSA letter is in good condition, dates from August 27, 1941 and was hand signed by J. Veenhoven who was the leader of the ONSA.
The ONSA stood for Opleiding Nationaal-Socialitische Ambtenaren (National Socialist Civil Servants Training).
This letter was sent to someone in Groningen.

‘Comrade,
In response to your request, I inform you that you are not eligible for course B, as this requires HBS 5 years old.
However, after a successful exam for course A, I have no objection to you participating in the next B course.

Deze Nederlandse collaboratie ONSA brief is in goede conditie, dateert van 27 augustus 1941 en werd met de hand gesigneerd door J. Veenhoven welke de leider van de ONSA was.
De ONSA stond voor Opleiding Nationaal-Socialitische Ambtenaren.
Deze brief werd verstuurd naar iemand in Groningen.

‘Kameraad,
Naar aanleiding van Uw desbetreffende verzoek, deel ik U mede, dat U niet in aanmerking komt voor cursus B, aangezien hiervoor HBS 5 jarige is vereischt.
Na een geslaagd examen voor cursus A heb ik er echter geen bezwaar tegen, dat u aan een volgenden B cursus deelneemt.
