Original WWII German Sanitäter Abteilung Death Document Ukrainian Forced Labourer Iwan Barabasch Neumarkt – Pschemysl – Markopil 1944

Original German Sanitäter Abteilung death document from the Second World War relating to the deceased Ukrainian Ostarbeiter forced labourer Iwan Barabasch.
The document was issued in Neumarkt on 31 May 1944.
It states that Iwan Barabasch arrived with a transport from Pschemysl on 28 April 1944.
Upon admission the medical diagnosis was recorded as ‘Fleckfieber’.
According to the document Iwan Barabasch was born in 1874 in Markopil, Rajon Brody, Kreis Lemberg.
His marital status is recorded as widower.
He died on 31 May 1944 at 6:30 a.m.

Het document is opgesteld te Neumarkt op 31 mei 1944.
Hierin staat vermeld dat Iwan Barabasch op 28 april 1944 met een transport vanuit Pschemysl werd aangevoerd.
Bij opname werd als medische diagnose ‘Fleckfieber’ vermeld.
Volgens het document werd Iwan Barabasch geboren in 1874 te Markopil in Rajon Brody, Kreis Lemberg.
Zijn burgerlijke staat wordt vermeld als weduwnaar.
