Bottom clearly inscribed with Wien 16–18 Mai 1939.
The badge represents colonial propaganda events of the Reichskolonialbund.
Made of metal with a distinct silver-grey finish.
Reverse fitted with a horizontal pin fastening which is still present.

Bovenaan voorzien van het opschrift Reichskolonialtagung.
Onderaan duidelijk gemarkeerd met Wien 16–18 Mai 1939.
Het insigne verwijst naar de koloniale propaganda en bijeenkomsten van de Reichskolonialbund.
Gemaakt in metaal met een karakteristiek zilvergrijs oppervlak.
Achterzijde voorzien van een horizontale speldsluiting die nog aanwezig is.
