Originele Nederlandse Schalkhaar politie (Staatspolitie) kokarde uit de Tweede Wereldoorlog, bestemd voor bevestiging op het schuitje of de pet.
De achterzijde is uitgerust met de originele bevestigingslippen.
De in Schalkhaar opgeleide politie-eenheden speelden tijdens de Duitse bezetting een rol binnen het bestaande politieapparaat, waarbij het korps betrokken raakte bij collaboratie met de bezetter.
Een interssant verzamelobject voor verzamelaars van Nederlandse WOII-militaria en politie-uitrusting.
