This original Ausweis / Legitymacja No. 9 is a German occupation identity document from 1942, issued by the Polnischer Hauptausschuss – Rada Główna Opiekuńcza (Polish Main Welfare Council) / Polnisches Hilfskomitee – Polski Komitet Opiekuńczy in Kreis Chełm within the General Government.

The document was issued on February 25, 1942, in Chełm in the name of Edward Plewacki, born October 25, 1902, residing in Karolinów, gmina Krzywiczki, and appointed as Delegierter (delegate) at the delegation office in Frankenbach / Krzywiczki.

The Ausweis includes an original passport photograph, the holder’s handwritten signature, and several clear official stamps of the Kreishauptmannschaft Chełm.

Deze originele Ausweis / Legitymacja Nr. 9 betreft een Duits bezettingsidentiteitsbewijs uit 1942, afgegeven door het Polnischer Hauptausschuss – Rada Główna Opiekuńcza (Pools Hoofdcomité voor Hulpverlening) / Polnisches Hilfskomitee – Polski Komitet Opiekuńczy in Kreis Chełm binnen het Generalgouvernement.
Deze legitimatiekaart werd op 25 februari 1942 in Chełm uitgegeven op naam van Edward Plewacki, geboren op 25 oktober 1902, wonende te Karolinów, gmina Krzywiczki, en aangesteld als Delegierter (gedelegeerde) bij de delegatuur in Frankenbach / Krzywiczki.
