Deze originele Dienstausweis Nr. 147/8 betreft een Duits dienstlegitimatiebewijs uit 1944, uitgegeven door de Hauptgruppe Gewerbl. Wirtschaft u. Verkehr – Kreisgruppe Handwerk Cholm (District Lublin) binnen het Generalgouvernement.
