Original 1930s German NSDAP propaganda election flyer

This German propaganda leaflet “Krieg im Kramerladen!” from the 1930s is an early National Socialist election publication issued by the Traditionsgau München–Oberbayern of the NSDAP. The leaflet responds to public anxiety at the time about a possible war and presents the National Socialist message that the elections of 29 March 1936 would contribute to “honour, freedom, and peace for the German people.” Featuring large Gothic slogans, clear voting instructions, and references to Adolf Hitler and prominent party figures, the leaflet was designed to persuade voters to support the NSDAP.

Dit Duitse propagandapamflet “Krieg im Kramerladen!” uit de jaren ’30 is een vroeg nationaalsocialistisch verkiezingsdrukwerk, uitgegeven door het Traditionsgau München–Oberbayern der NSDAP. Het pamflet reageert op toenmalige publieke onrust over een mogelijke oorlog en presenteert de nationaalsocialistische boodschap dat de verkiezingen van 29 maart 1936 zouden bijdragen aan “eer, vrijheid en vrede voor het Duitse volk”. Met grote gotische slogans, een duidelijke steminstructie en vermelding van Adolf Hitler en prominente partijleden werd dit drukwerk ontworpen om kiezers te overtuigen hun stem aan de NSDAP te geven.
